Gee Wa Wa Shoes

Many words have been used to describe what exactly 'gee wa wa' is. Sophisticated, fresh, classic, rugged, hip, fun, and different are just a few ways you can describe the playful nature of Gee Wawa shoes. Designed with an electic artisan appeal for the sophisticated woman of today, Gee Wawa stands out for its attention to craftsmanship, creativity, and class. Gee Wawa stays true to its style and look, inspired by the classic with a touch of the bohemian. From earthy boots to distressed ballets, Gee Wawa seeks to stay original and true to the style we commit ourselves to.

Started in 2005 as a small artisan brand with unique shoes and styles with inspirations from the good ol' days of the bohemian, shoe designer Jim Barnier brought to Gee Wawa his creative eye for shoes with personality, his knowledge and passion for serious shoes, and a taste for the avant garde.

Gee Wawa is most known for the "Woorah II", a simple fisherman sandal with a cusioned insole and sampled in a variety of fine materials such as calf suede, distressed lamb, and borello leather. Through the success of the Woorah, Gee Wawa has seen an 'evolution' from one simple formula to an entire line of beautiful artisan shoes that each have a unique personality of their own, while all retaining similarities of their predecessor.

Fusing the classic trends with the rugged sophistication of the modern woman, Gee Wawa has sought to keep the integrity of its product in every aspect of its construction.
