Before Gioia,San Francisco was the only place I could find different, edgy, and original clothing and shoes.
The store is now five years young and still evolving. I never want to lose the freshness and spirit in which Gioia was founded.
Along with the fab merchandise, I consider it so very important to have a sincere,friendly staff to put the customers at ease.
I would rather not sell an item that isn't quite right and gain the persons trust, so that they come back and feel as though we want them happy, which we do!
Gioia is also concerned with the environment. We use recycled paper and re-use the plastic hangers and bags that the shippments come in. Gioia also is a member of Earth Island Institute, as well as a bicycle advocate.
