In 1975 Marissa and Burt Hartington became partners in life and in business. Marissa is the creative force behind this legendary store and Burt anchors the business end of the operation. Marissa Collections began in 1975 with a store front boutique of hand selected items including clothing, jewelry, accessories and shoes which Marissa personally styled for each individual. The instant success among the small community on the Gulf of Mexico has continued over the years, emerging into a 9,000 square foot location in the Third Street South shopping district of Old Naples.

Together they have sustained the formula of providing the highest level of individual service and styling and have trained their staff over the years to follow that lead. The popularity of Marissa shoes too, formerly located on Fifth Avenue, was relocated to the center of our Third Street location and renamed, The Boutique at Marissa Collections. The selection in The Boutique remains an appealing option for all ages because of its affordable nature and cross-over classic styles with an edge. Marissa Collections is constantly updating and reinventing ourselves. This is evident after 33 years; we currently have both Michael Kors and Valentino in-store boutiques and recently added Oscar de la Renta and Brunello Cucinelli Oscar de la Renta and Brunello Cucinelli boutiques in Fall 2008.

At Marissa Collections it is not unusual to find a $50 T-shirt under a Dolce and Gabbana sharply tailored suit. Unique styling, exemplary service and style in a beautifully designed store with Marissa's artistic force makes this women's specialty shop one of a kind and must visit for your next Naples shopping trip. Consistently receiving accolades from national fashion publications, clients from all over the world and designers alike, Harper's Bazaar Style Leaders, Vogue's Top 25 Warm Weather Shopping Destinations, Town and Country, Women's Wear Daily and Elle.com proclaim Marissa Collections one of the top 10 specialty stores in the country and top Naples shopping destination.
