Clair De Lune

A few years ago I received an invitation to attend a Fashion Show for a boutique local to San Carlos. It was the first show for the boutique and generated a good deal of people, locals and fashionista’s alike. There was an impressive spread of appetizers, an open bar for all, a 20% discount on everything in the store, and a pretty cool show consisting of the stores employee’s parading around in the newest trends of the season on a makeshift runway. After circling the store 4 times, due to the champagne or because the show was yet to start, I decided on a scented soy candle. At the end of the night all the guests were treated to a little Chinese takeout box, with a handmade necklace inside! I really had a great time that night.

So this year when I received my invite to their ‘Blue Jeans Party’ I was devastated that I couldn’t attend because I was out of town. The employees in the store are so warm and have been there for years, so you know everyone by name. They have an impressive selection of designer clothes, denim, shoes, accessories, products for the home, and body.
